DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping Information:
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your items are shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If you choose to provide your mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message link, through which you can track your order.
Please note that your shipment might be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, strikes or unforeseen events beyond XKX London's control.
In some countries, the shipping providers do not deliver on weekends and holidays. Please check your delivery tracking number and link for updates about when to expect your items.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of your item. If your order is delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping providers and our partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, some items may be undeliverable to your country. At checkout, please select your shipping address for delivery availability.
Ready To Ship Items:
Your purchases will be processed to shipment within 3 days after you place your order. Delivery, after it leaves our fulfilment centers, will typically take 4 to 9 business days depending on the country to which you will receive delivery. Please note that if any duty is owed, custom clearance may take additional 1 to 5 days depending on your country.
Custom Duties and Applicable Taxes:
For shipment to countries within the UK, there are no custom duties. Please note that our prices include VAT.
For shipments to EU countries, customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
When will the order be processed?
Orders are processed the next working day after payment has been received.
XKX London sends all over the world with different couriers depending on the delivery country.
Are there any customs duties?
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE any customs costs that are borne by the buyer and therefore vary from country to country.
If the package / goods are not picked up, the purchase price will not be refunded. XKX London is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance or force majeure that are beyond the control of XKX London.
*BREXIT-UK
The United Kingdom (UK) left the EU on January 31, 2020 and the trade agreement negotiated between the EU and the UK entered into force provisionally on January 1, 2021.
For goods of EU origin that are exported to the UK, zero tariffs and zero quotas apply. The same applies to goods of UK origin that are imported into the EU. Exceptions apply to some product groups.
Despite the agreement, all goods to and from the UK are subject to customs inspection.
